I have been seeing practioners at Elite since 2022 and saw Dr. Sarroza and Dr. Mehta during my pregnancy in 2023. am so grateful to Dr. Mehta for performing my hysterectomy last year. After years and years of suffering with adenShow moreomyosis, medication, and seeing many different OBGYNS, Dr. Mehta was the first to agree to perform a hysterectomy on me. I was 39 years old with two children and tubal ligation and was done being in pain and with unmanageable bleeding. Dr. Mehta listened to me and performed robotically assisted surgery on me last August. I healed beautifully from the surgery. She is so patient and so kind. She truly changed my life. I have lost 40 lbs since the surgery. Without living in pain, migraines from periods, I was motivated to lose weight and get healthier for myself and my family. I can now swim with my kids after years of missing out due to heavy bleeding. Dr. Mehta gave me my life back by listening to me and agreeing to perform a surgery I had been wanting to have since the birth of my last child. I am so grateful to her!

Tina Mehta, DO, FACOOG, is a diligent OB/GYN who brings a compassionate bedside manner and a wealth of experience to her patients at Elite OB/GYN in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Mehta grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and moved to Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Arts and Sciences, where she graduated with high honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She began her medical career while an undergraduate, with summer research externships at the Cleveland Clinic of Florida in Weston and the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
Dr. Mehta continued her education at Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine, where she earned not only her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree but a Master of Business Administration degree as well. She then temporarily relocated to Michigan, where she completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Botsford Hospital in Farmington through Michigan State University.
During her residency, Dr. Mehta excelled at robotic and laparoscopic surgery, and she has continued to develop this skill set in her professional career at Elite OB/GYN. She’s proficient with the MonaLisa Touch® laser and routinely performs cosmetic gynecological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures in the office, such as vaginal rejuvenation and labiaplasty. Dr. Mehta is also highly experienced with in-hospital obstetric and gynecological surgery, including working with the da Vinci® surgical system.
Dr. Mehta is affiliated with the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Osteopathic Association, and DOCARE International.
In her free time, Dr. Mehta enjoys dancing, piano, violin, and outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, and whitewater rafting. She looks forward to welcoming new patients to Elite OB/GYN and keeping them healthy.

Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Mehta, she and her staff are excellent!
Scheduling made a mistake and scheduled my appointment in a established patient time slot. I realized it when I was about to leave for my appointment, because I checked my email and saw that my appt was for a month away. They sent the email the same day of my appointment . When I called to find out what was going on, they said "I" booked the appt in the incorrect time slot. I explained that I called in to book my appt so if there was a mistake it was on their end. They still wanted to book me a month out. Then they said they called me and left a message to change my appt. The only message I received was the appt reminder. They were able to book me for that Friday (original appt was Wed). However, if I did not push for it, I do not believe it would have happened. Friday comes and I was a few minutes pass the caught time for late appt. Totally on me. Marie was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get me in on Monday. On Monday, I had completed the paperwork ahead of time except for the credit card on file because I do not have a credit card. Marie was not as friendly as she was on Friday and stated that I had to complete it in order to be seen by the doctor and if the 15 mins went pass my appt, my appointment was going to be cancelled. She also stated that they send it out in advanced. I said I do not have a credit card and hence why I did not complete that form. I traveled from North Miami. To be turned away because I do not have a credit card is not the practice I want to give my business to. If their system gets breached it will be problematic and this happens all the time. Dr. Mehta was professional and efficient. She did answer all of my questions and made sure to do so. I was not rushed, however it was rushed. There was no warmth and I felt like another number.
My follow up visit with Dr. Meta went very well. The office is so organized and friendly! Dr. Meta really helped m e out! I highly recommend her!

Dr Mehta is attentive to details and on point. The clinic seems more tuned and the appointment was on time, despite being busy there.

Doctor Mehta is so amazing. She takes her time and knows exactly what she is doing. If you feel any sort of discomfort or issues, she is receptive and will actually take care of your concern. I went in for a routine annual check up and pap smear, which is very overwhelming and uncomfortable for a ton of women. She and her staff are so attentive and super kind and gentle physically during the exam and while checking out and sending results. I saw her when she was pregnant, and now her baby is almost 3! Love the staff here! Thanks again, Doc!
