Sydney is the absolute best! I swore off psychiatric care years ago after multiple years of bad experiences and a lack of any real help. I hit my lowest point and promised myself to try everything one more time, and Sydney has beeShow moren a literal life-saver. I can tell she truly cares about me both as a patient and as a person, and of course mental health is a journey, but my life changed practically overnight. Please please please: give yourself and Sydney a chance!
