The staff is always helpful when I call in to ask any questions or anything related prescriptions. They get right on it and they call me back. He has first class people and runs a first class operation.

Humayun Naqvi, MD, MBA, FACC at West Houston Heart Center in Houston, Texas, provides outstanding cardiology care for residents throughout Harris County and other nearby communities. Although Dr. Naqvi is a skilled cardiologist with extensive experience treating heart disease, he prefers to pursue prevention whenever possible.
Dr. Naqvi grew up in Katy, Texas, and has lived most of his life in Houston. He completed his medical training at Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Medicine and his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas at Houston.
During his residency program, Dr. Naqvi worked extensively with several specialists at the highly esteemed Texas Medical Center. He then completed his cardiology training at the University of Texas at San Antonio, developing a vast array of skills required to treat and prevent cardiac disease.
During his training, Dr. Naqvi developed a heart for preventing rather than only treating heart disease. He also recognized that many patients feel forgotten and even ignored during their experiences with the nation’s healthcare system. He has since made it his mission to create a practice that allows him quality time with every patient as he helps them conquer the challenges of heart disease.
