Mr Liggins is one of the most caring counselor I have ever had . He’s there 24-7 if possible for his patients. No long waits to see him either.

I've been seeing Sylvester for a couple months now and I already feel more control over my mental state. His team is packed with kind, compassionate and highly intelligent people. every visit is like going to visit friends who genuinely care for your well-being. 10/10 would recommend Guided Grace to anyone who is struggling to understand their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Very professional and knowledgeable with his patients. The office is small and inviting , you don’t have long wait times. Mr Liggins cares for his patients and makes them feel like they are number 1 . I wouldn’t see anyone else.

I brought my son in for therapy due to ADHD. Sylvester was kind and thoughough. We only had 1 visit so far, but my son and I are looking forward to our next session!

First off Sylvester is awesome. I was very skeptical to see another therapist, as the one I had seen before never gave me any feedback of any sorts. It seemed like I was just seeing them to vent. With Sylvester he has you seeing things differently. He gets you to think outside the box. I have been going to him just roughly under a month and a half and all I can say is, he is definitely is helping me with my mental health.
I would tell anyone if they need a counselor that cares about his patients , Mr.Liggins is the best he cares , and will be there for you. His workers are professional and caring , no long wait time . Clean office .
Mr. Liggins has been so insteumwntal in helping me to create an improved overall well-being. I have developed tools with his help that guides me on the right path!
Although ordered by judge to visit Guided Grace, there is a solid chance I continue to see Sylvester after appointment visits. I've seen various therapists over the years and Sylvester seems to be the only one that gives or helps you find your own tools to apply to situations. 10/10, would recommend.
