Love how he interacted with my child. She was nervous at first, but he helped her to open up and answer questions. Her favorite part was going down to the sensory room. I can’t wait to see. What wonderful things she will accomplish working with him!

I feel heard during my sessions. Sylvester listens intently and offers several strategies to help you focus on your overall well-being.
I was nervous about today but everyone was very nice being I hadn’t been to the office in awhile. Mr. Liggins was very respectful of my feelings also and cared enough to say he was going to give me a call later to make sure I was ok.
The expectations were exceeded! He listened and gave me honest answers while being completely truthful. Definitely will recommend anyone to seek counseling at Guided Grace.

His team is packed with kind, compassionate and highly intelligent people. every visit is like going to visit friends who genuinely care for your well-being. 10/10 would recommend Guided Grace to anyone who is struggling to understand their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Very professional and knowledgeable with his patients. The office is small and inviting , you don’t have long wait times. Mr Liggins cares for his patients and makes them feel like they are number 1 . I wouldn’t see anyone else.
