I am a female NY state licensed clinician, LMSW that specializes in evidence-based practices such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral therapy) and CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy); both DBT and CBT are treatment modalities geared towards regulating emotions and modifying behavioral issues in both children and adults. Furthermore, I am certified as a TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy) a treatment modality for children dealing with trauma. I serve all ages, children and adults.
