Ms. Tabatha Mize, FNP-C

Tabatha Mize, APRN, FNP-C, is a compassionate family nurse practitioner providing quality patient care at Sparkman Family Medicine in Shenandoah, Texas. With over 16 years of nursing experience, Tabatha knows how to build trusting and professional relationships with her patients and their families. 

In 2010, Tabatha earned her associate's degree in nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, New York. She then attended the University of Texas at Arlington, obtaining her bachelor's degree in nursing in 2014. In 2017, Tabatha furthered her education, earning her master's degree in nursing from the same university. 

Before joining Sparkman Family Medicine, Tabatha was a nurse practitioner for a concierge medical practice and a hospital nurse practitioner at Baylor College of Medicine at St. Luke’s in The Woodlands, Texas. She was also an assistant professor at Baylor College, educating patients, nursing staff, and ancillary support members. 

At Sparkman Family Medicine, Tabatha works closely with patients, assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to ensure optimal health.
