Tabitha Padgett, MSW, LCSWA

Tabitha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health conditions. Her clinical background spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, where she has worked with individuals and families to promote mental health and emotional well-being through compassionate and collaborative care.

She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Psychology, both of which inform her integrative, evidence-based approach. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in School Psychology, she is expanding her expertise in developmental and educational systems that shape mental health outcomes in school-aged populations.

Grounded in empathy and respect, her practice is defined by a strong commitment to empowering clients through supportive, individualized care. She creates a safe, affirming space for clients to feel heard and understood, fostering growth and resilience across the lifespan.

Her clinical toolkit includes several therapeutic modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, allowing her to tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
