I can only express how kind, knowledgeable and professional FNP Taiwo Oluyemo and his team have shown throughout my 85 yr old Mother's care these past few months. FNP Oluyemo has a lovely bedside manner and conducts business in an efficient manner. He makes himself available and provides considerate and constructive advice.

As a case manager, I value the responsiveness of Mr. Oluyemo especially when dealing with challenging situations. He is available to case conference and work through difficult situations with members of the care team and clients.
Taiwo has a lovely caring bedside manner. He asks questions that make a patient feel like he's truly concerned about how they are handling day to day situations. My Mother has been under his care for a little over 2 months and she feels so comfortable with him. He is genuinely the type of medical professional, everyone hopes for!!

Taiwo Oluyemo is a very kind and focused Medical professional. I was a little skeptical in the concept of having a "house call," but I am very grateful that the Founding Fathers medical organization exists. I requested this in-house care for my 84 yr old Mother. She was experiencing cold/flu symptoms and I wanted her to be checked to ensure no issues of bronchitis or pneumonia were prevalent. Taiwo visited, scheduled a chest X-ray & followed up with a video appt. His work ethic is commendable!!

Overall, the service is 5 stars. I took away a star because I have to pay out of pocket and I was quoted one price over the phone and billed for a higher price. Nevertheless, having this service is awesome. My mother is bedbound and insurance won't pay. NP Bonsu was seeing her at first, but just dropped her without giving me the opportunity to pay out-of-pocket. This organization is truly a Godsend. I prayed for this help!
