I started seeing Dr. Taiwo Soluade for ADHD, and it has made such a difference in how I understand myself. She explains things in a way that truly clicks and helps me see my patterns without judgment. She’s patient, encouraging, and so easy to talk to. We’re still working together to find what works best for me, but I already feel more supported and more understood than I ever have before. I’m really grateful for her.
