I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh.. I also am Credentialed in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling (CASAC). I have had the privilege to consult and collaboratively work with health professionals and behavioral organizations for many years within the North Country including but not limited to school settings. I have an array of experience treating individuals across the lifespan. I provide an array of psychoanalytical theoretical approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a means of resolving psychological dysfunction to enhance mental wellbeing. As a therapist, I provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment which fosters growth and healing. Together we will collaboratively identify triggers, unhealthy thinking patterns and work through complex family dynamics that manifest in your behavior.
