This was my first visit with Dr. Tamara Guichard and I just love her. She is not just a caring, experienced, and knowledgeable GYN, but also a very personable Doctor. As soon as she opened the door, I saw a big smile in addition tShow moreo her very warm and welcoming greetings. Another key point I need to share is the time invested by her to get to learn needed extras about me than just the medical aspect. This was truly appreciated because at the end of the day, that is an out-of-the box service that more doctors need to do. Why? Getting to know your patients more than just the medical side of them, goes above just the medical aspects which in turn greatly assists their well-being. I felt so comfortable talking with her. It was almost like we are friends for a long time. Thank you Dr. Guichard for making me feel so cared for and comfortable. I hardly ever write reviews, its extremely rare if i do so, but this practice effortlessly deserves it. If I can give them 100 stars I would! From the moment i walked in, the receptionist greeted me with so much energy, warmth andShow more laughter… it already felt comforting. Sadly, I cant remember her name, she had short black curly hair and glasses. Such a lovely energy to be around. My doctor today was Dr. Charisma and she was extremely nice as well! Coming from an OBGYN that i absolutely hated to Dr. Charisma was extremely refreshing. She listened and answered every question I had, explained everything perfectly and made me feel very comfortable. We even shared a few laughs! I’m recommending this practice to all of my friends, especially women of color! Dr. Charisma may even be my doctor for life the way men pick a barber for life lol.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Guichard. Her bedside manner is outstanding. She is thorough, detailed, and patient. I'm do glad that I found her! As a perimenopausal woman, it was important to me to find a GYN that I felt comfortable speaking with about some of my premenopausal issues. I felt like I was speaking with a kind and wise relative. She really put me at ease.

Poor communication amongst the team. Appointment Schduling was disorganized. Employee have attitude towards clients. Poor Environment cleanliness. And attempted to double charge me for a procedure covered under my insurance

Her assistant was very nice and very professional in handling my medical information. She asked me question why I was there and gave me feedback what to do about my problem and other questions I had for her. I will definitely be back for a follow-up.
