I love how Tamara Nosa really just cuts through a lot of the unnecessary diagnosis/labels and gets to the bottom of things versus putting a Band-Aid on things. I’m working on my hormone balance and also weight loss. Her honesty and the team there are very unique, it’s much more a concierge service than a doctors office. I highly recommend.
Dr. Nosa is a very good and knowledgeable physician, but more importantly I feel very comfortable discussing any health concerns I am having and she is able to grasp the fundamental problems, and suggest solutions and remedies for me. Very approachable and friendly person. You will feel at ease. 100% recommend her...

I have a very positive experience at this IV office. The exam was extremely thorough and focused on identifying the real root of my needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I truly appreciated how detailed and thoughtful the assessment process was. Tamara is very nice, polite, and professional. She makes me feel comfortable, listens carefully to my concerns, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The environment is welcoming, clean, and well-organized.
Just had my 4th IV infusion and I’m already feeling less tired! So grateful for Tamara and the professional, caring team at Integrative Wellness. Highly recommend their services!
