Awesome practice doctor and staff is very knowledgeable.
Went for a first visit with my son who is 4. Front desk lady was GREAT. Kind kept giving us updates as she could on when the doc would be in. My appt was at 10:30, i arrived at 10:00 for paperwork. By 11:15 we had not even seen the doctor or even knew what she looked like. This was 45 mins past our appt time. Waiting room was very very small. Office seems very dated but clean. Do not think we will be returning.

NP Hollingsworth is an incredibly attentive and thorough medical provider. She contacted CHKD herself to ensure that my daughter's needs were met and her issue was addressed that day. I am incredibly grateful that I was referred to her for services.

There’s not another practice or practioner that I’d trust like I trust Southside with the care of my newborn.
Ms. Hollingsworth is always professional, friendly and thorough. She asks questions and then listens carefully to your answers. The office is always clean and neat and definitely preferred to sitting in an urgent care or patient first. She is an excellent and trustworthy provider and I highly recommend her.

I walked in and was seen within 15 minutes and on my way to get prescription I n less than 30 minutes.
Dr.Tambra has always been amazing!! My son has been with her since he was a baby and now almost 4 years old. Her staff is always kind, we always get a fast and attentive visit each and every time. The office is VERY clean, with things for my babies to play and read.

Ms. Hollingsworth is such a joy to work with - it's easy to feel apprehensive in health care appointments, but she makes me feel very comfortable, that my concerns, questions, and problems are heard, and has been phenomenal in a coordination of care with my healthcare team. Ms. Hollingsworth goes far beyond what I could've hoped for, with not only her professionalism, but humanism and compassion. I'd recommend her to anyone as an adult patient, and greatly look forward to working with her!
As an adult patient, Ms. Hollingsworth made me feel very comfortable, and I felt heard. She's courteous, kind, and understanding, and appears to have a great rapport with her staff, which seems to keep the practice in good spirits, as a whole. I left feeling better than I arrived, which is the ultimate takeaway - I'm genuinely looking forward to the following, and/or continuing appointments.
She was so nice, she took the time to listen to all my concerns, she explained everything to me so that I could understand. You can tell she really cares about her patients and wants them better, she doesn’t rush you to finish talking and just get you off the phone. Thanks so so so much
Great visit
The staff is very courteous. Ms. Tambra is simply AMAZING! She has been taking care of my boys since they were babies. My boys and I loves her. I like the fact that Ms. Tambra takes time to talk/ answer my questions without being rushed. We love her.
