Tami is great, I have no complaints about her. My complaint is about a text I received earlier stating there was a form I needed to fill out. I clicked the link which did not take me to a form, but a page that showed me what cards I have on file. The way it was worded made it sound like it was just having me confirm that I agree to keep the cards on file for payments. The cards were correct so I hit confirm. I later discovered my card was charged $225 for a balance which overdrew my account.
