Dr. Rubinstein was born in Russia. She attended undergraduate school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. She then matriculated at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received her medical doctorate in 2011 and went on to complete a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Chicago Medical Center in Illinois
Dr. Rubinstein was attracted to the Pacific Northwest lifestyle and culture, and she moved to Oregon in 2016 because of her enthusiasm for the outdoors. She worked in multiple locations around the state before choosing to settle down and join Heartfelt Obstetrics & Gynecology. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and exploring with her cute little dog, Grizzly.
Dr. Rubinstein is currently accepting new patients and welcomes them to Heartfelt Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Wonderful staff
I have been seen by Dr. Rubinstein for a few years now, and I have no complaints. She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to remain informed about the patient. I am seeing her again while my usual OB is out of the office, and I was surprised that she seemed familiar with my current pregnancy, just by reading the notes. She also performed a surgery on me a few years ago and I healed quickly with no complications.
Great experience in every appointment I have, I love how much she cares and listens to her patients.

Dr was amazing. She explains procedure and did what she explained. My only complaint would be that I never received a call with my biopsy results. No follow up and my appointment was 3 1/2 weeks after procedure. But I would recommend her for any woman issues.
