Tara Woodruff, CAP

Tara Woodruff, LCSW, CAP, has more than 12 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. She has a special interest in working with professionals, high achievers, and those in demanding or high-pressure roles who may struggle with burnout, perfectionism, stress, or balancing success with personal well-being. Tara also helps clients navigate grief and loss, life transitions, childhood trauma, and substance use concerns. Tara works with teens, adults, and seniors and is known for her warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to care. She is EMDR-trained and a Certified Addiction Professional in Florida. Her professional experience includes inpatient treatment, community mental health, and public health. Tara earned her Master of Social Work from Florida State University and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
