I have been seeing Dr. T. Hilal's office since early 2023 for lower back pain which he has helped me with back shots and physical therapy. I just recently started seeing him for arm pain that he diagnosed as tennis elbow. He prescShow moreribed an elbow support and physical therapy. I trust Dr. Hilal's opinions on diagnoses and how to function in daily life. His staff office staff Jade and Brizza are the sweetest to interact with. They greet you by name and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Jade and Brizza are also professional and organized whether it is setting up your next appointment or treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hilal to family and friends.
I came to Pain Management because the other pain Doctor had me on oxycodone Soma Vicodin Xanax and ambiem and I felt that was too much medication and was able to help me find a suitable medication to where I can function and have Show moresome quality of life I love Dr Tariq he's tentive to the needs of his patients he listen to his patients and their needs he's not a no you don't need the medication type of Doctor he works with you to manage your pain I would recommend him to anybody that needs pain management.

Tariq Hilal, DO, MS, is a sports and spine physician practicing at South Coast Sports and Spine Medicine in Los Alamitos, California. Dr. Hilal completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Irvine, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. He then went on to study at Drexel University College of Medicine, where he earned his Masters in Medical Sciences in 2008. Dr. Hilal earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 2012. He completed his subsequent internship at Mount Sinai South Nassau and his residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed an interventional spine fellowship in 2017 under the tutelage of Dr. Christopher Huston who serves as the spine consultant for the NBA's Phoenix Suns.

Great initial visit. Dr Hilal thoroughly explained the results of a previously ordered MRI. I walked away armed with information to help me with my issue and knowing that I was only a phone call away if further back pain issues surface. Jade was amazing at the desk - organized, welcoming and efficient. My only suggestion would be to have the new patient forms available online. 5 stars!
