Hi, I’m Tatiana. I believe the process starts with feeling safe, heard, and connected. I bring humor, compassion, autonomy, and transparency into the therapy space, and I’m committed to creating a joyful environment where clients feel truly seen and supported. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, meeting each person where they are in their journey. I believe in the power of laughter and connection as part of the healing process. I use a humanistic, client-centered approach that values each individual’s unique story, emotions, and perspective. Whether I’m sitting on the floor during play therapy or exploring identity and life transitions with a young adult, I aim to make therapy feel natural, collaborative, and meaningful. My work is integrative and responsive to each client’s needs. I draw from a blend of holistic, psychoanalytic, and behavioral theories. I incorporate creative, expressive, and developmentally appropriate interventions.
