Taylor Luallen, LMSW

Taylor is a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduate of Stevenson University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She primarily works with children, teens, and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Taylor’s goal is to create a safe and brave space where clients can find strength in the parts of their story that may feel uncomfortable. She believes therapy empowers individuals to understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while learning healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges. Centering her practice in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Taylor helps clients unpack experiences, recognize emotions, and connect more deeply with themselves. She values the uniqueness of every narrative and holds that, just as the lotus blooms through the mud, healing and growth emerge through life’s struggles.
