Tebine Otubu

Tebine Otubu obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University and holds a Master's of Social Work degree from Howard University. As a licensed master's level social worker with a background in healthcare, Tebine has supported families with children facing challenging circumstances. Her experience includes working closely with families of children suffering from rare terminal neurological diseases and those coping with cognitive deterioration with anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Tebine has experience applying evidence-based practice interventions (i.e., CBT, crisis intervention, and strengths-based approach) to help individuals identify their goals and connect them with relevant community-based resources. Tebine is deeply committed to the transformative impact social work can have on individuals and families, recognizing its ability to provide holistic support, foster collaboration, and ensure culturally sensitive client care.
