Teressa Kuz, MSN, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner whose goal is to provide the best care possible to every woman. She works with patients in Rochester Hills, Michigan, at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, PC.
Teressa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wayne State University. Following graduation, she worked for over seven years as a registered nurse in a Pediatric Intensive Care unit. While working as an RN, Teressa returned to Wayne State University and attained a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Women’s Health care.
She has been working as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) in obstetrics and gynecology for over 12 years. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care to women throughout the lifespan.
Teressa is particularly interested in adolescent gynecology, contraceptive counseling, obstetrics, and typical well-women appointments. She is trained in many in-office procedures, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal, sonohysterogram, and colposcopy. She obtained her colposcopy training through the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology(ASCCP).
Outside the office, Teressa enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her husband, two sons, and her frenchie.

Dr. Kennedy is so understanding and allows the time the patient needs during the visit. She placed my 2nd IUD and it was a 100% better experience than with my 1st IUD placed by another physician.
Appts for mammo and exam were on time and easy because they schedule both at the same time and they are both in the same building. Staff is wonderful. Dr. Peng is amazing. Takes a lot of time with her patient. Is very gentle.
