I had a fall and broke my hip and had to have a hip replacement. Dr Knatt did a wonderful job. I was always told that a broken hip was the beginning of the end, however I have been up walking since the night of my surgery. EveryonShow moree keeps telling me how amazing I am doing but I truly believe that I am doing so well because Dr. Knatt is so good at what he does. If I ever have to have anything orthopedic in the future, I will definitely call Dr. Knatt.
Dr.Knatt treats his patients with kindness. He educated my family thoroughly during our visit for my daughter’s surgery. He takes great care of his patients. We were sitting and waiting and so many others were talking about how woShow morenderful he is. While waiting, I heard him go above and beyond to help his patient get the service they needed. Dr. Knatt is what this world needs with his caring, compassionate heart and warm hands. Thanks Dr. Knatt.

My visit was very pleasant. The nurses were very helpful in a few questions that I had. The doctor was really nice. My hand starts to hurt again. I will make another appointment to seek his care that was my first visit to this doctors office and I thought everything went smoothly. I give it five star.

Waiting time was too long, physician did not read his notes from last visit and asked the same questions from previous appointment. Waiting over a month for office to send notes to imaging for an MRI. Not organized at all.
Dr. Knatt and his staff provides excellent service to the patients. Dr. Knatt takes time to talk with you about your needed surgery in detail prior to you agreeing to have it done. Excellent bedside manner.

Sorry, Dr Knatt. He was an awesome orthopedic surgeon, repairing my crushed elbow on a Sunday night! But beyond that night, he did not communicate well with my hardworking, physical therapy team. We could not get a return call back from him for weeks!! & left them hanging for 7 of the 8 weeks while I was there! I was left in an arm cast & leg cast while attending this PROFESSIONAL REHAB FACILITY, with one week left in my stay before going home. Pelican Pointe was an extremely high level, 1st class operation. Dr. Knatt was a disappointment! for many weeks, with follow-up instructions. The Pelican Pointe Health Facility is a very professional, hardworking faculty.
Waited to a long after appointment time
My experience at Dr. Knatt office was great. He listened to my concerns and was very engaged with explaining what he thought was going on with my knee. He ordered my MRI the same day. I got an appt for MRI two days later. When you’re in pain you need at least a plan of action quick and that’s what I got from Dr Theodore Knatt. I was very pleased.

Waiting room in close quarters. I witness several hippa violations,no patient privacy upon check in. No scheduling coordination. Patient to staff ratio is terrible.

Dr. Knatt himself is an amazing Dr. The staff while very nice. Seem very out their element. Everything was disorganized and the office space is very cramp. The waiting room is about as big as a large dining table. We had to stand in the hall walk area until they finally came put us in their break room. Dr amazing, 5 star, staff lacking 4 stars , the office function and organization 3 stars.

Mrs. Barbara and the other lady I forgot her name and I apologize, they were so caring and professional to us. They helped me with my insurance questions. Dr. Kmart was very thorough and his bedside manner is kind.
