I have been a patient of Dr. Lang for a few years now. He is the absolute best! When I first found him, I had just moved to the Boynton Beach area. At that time I was covered by sunshine health. I had been dealing with a medicalShow more issue so it was very difficult to find a doctor that would take my Insuance. I did the crazy thing of “googling a gynecologist near me”. I am so very thankful I did! When I first met Dr. Lang I was a mess, but he sat with me until I calmed down and completely understood the next steps that we would be taking. Since that day, I have gone to all of my follow ups and regular appointments. Leaving with a laugh and a smile! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will say, no one enjoys getting their “yearly” check up (especially super anxious people like myself) but Dr. Lang will do everything he can to ensure that you're comfortable. His jokes are pretty on point as well!!
Dr. Lang is very thorough, thoughtful, informative, caring and friendly. He puts you at ease and makes you feel at home in the most uncomfortable and difficult situations. The first male ob/gym I’ve ever had and thought it difficuShow morelt at first to have him do any exams whatsoever but when he eased my concerns and answered my questions with just a physical, I knew he was very knowledgeable about his practice. His staff makes you want to be there! They are just like him, caring, thoughtful, makes you feel more like a friend than just a patient. They take the time to explain everything to you. I NEVER feel rushed like other doctors I’ve been to. I would this practice to every female I know.
Dr. Thomas Lang is an OB/GYN at Progressive Obstetrics & Gynecology in Boynton, Florida. As a gynecologist and obstetrician, Dr. Lang offers a wide variety of treatments, with an emphasis on minimally invasive approaches. He can provide birth control, prenatal care, treatment for fibroids, and much more. Dr. Lang is well known for being gentle during exams and for providing the best in gynecology and obstetrics care.
Dr. Lang earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He then earned his Master's degree in Biomedical Science from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Dr. Lang earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He then completed a residency with Baylor College of Medicine, at Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. During his residency, Dr. Lang was awarded with multiple teaching honors, including the "Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery" award.
Dr. Lang is fellowship-trained in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He completed a two-year fellowship in this area at The University of Louisville under world-renowned gynecologic surgeon, Resad Pasic, MD, PhD. During this fellowship, Dr. Lang honed his skills in the areas of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and advanced laparoscopy. Upon completion of his fellowship, Dr. Lang relocated to the Boynton Beach area, where he currently serves as the director of the OB/GYN hospitalist program at Bethesda Hospital.
Dr. Lang is recognized internationally as a skilled surgeon and effective educator. He’s a member of the American Association for Gynecologic Laparoscopy, the American Medical Association, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Dr. Lang currently serves as the Chairman of the department of OB/GYN at Bethesda Health.

Dr lang and staff are the best .high recommend this practice .
I left a review when I first started coming here and boy do I wish I could give more stars! There are not enough stars on this for Dr.Lang and his whole team! This office is reliable knowledgeable and all around just amazing. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with them! Been seeing Dr.Lang for over a year and it’s safe to say I will NEVER use anyone else!

I’ve been to many obgyn some we’re not as easy to talk to and understanding as much as doctor lang. You can tell he’s really with you and wants the best for you when you meet him he’s well mannered and kind and caring. I would recommend him to all. I never ever leave reviews but he is worth it I wanted to leave review because my heart tells me he’s the person who can help you with all the problems. I have PCOS and a very hard case of it trying to get pregnant and he just understands and actually cares!!
Honestly so amazing, I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt. After having such a traumatic experience at my OB of 2 years, Dr.Lang and his entire crew made me feel like I was a priority. And most importantly made me feel like I mattered, and I wasn’t just a number!!
Thomas Lang is an expert and he’s a great listener so he can assess and diagnose symptoms very well and he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
Every person is the office is personable and Dr. Lang is caring, funny, listens & is also personable. He & the team makes the experience easy.

Dr Lang took care of me like no other doctor ever has, he is so cool! and very professional he not only gave me confort but assure me that I was going to be ok, he has gifted hands!, he perform a laparoscopic myomectomy, made 3 tiny incisions on my stomach that I can’t barely see and my belly button looks even better than it was! My recovery was a total success! No symptoms at all. I love ❤️ Doctor Lang! Highly recommended! God bless him!
