I have been having issues walking and need to rely on a walker due to loss of sensation and lower back pain since July. I have had steroid shots which made my symptoms worse, have had arduous tests including a myelogram, and had aShow more doctor look me in the eye and say “I can’t do anything for you, go back to pain management.” From the first phone tear-filled conversation to Dr. Loftus’ office staff asking for help, I was treated with kindness and understanding. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days time. I did not know what to expect and was nervous. PA Riane set my fears to rest. She reviewed my images, listened to history, did an exam. She explained what was happening and I felt seen. She said I would really like Dr. Loftus and I do. He listened, and came up with a treatment plan. From the first phone call to seeing Riane and Dr. Loftus - my experience has been like seeing a bright light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I cannot recommend this group enough.
Dr. Loftus and his PA, Ryan, were excellent in listening to my problems and challenges. Dr. Loftus review my spine 3 pinch points that were a concern. He informed me that he could do the surgery, but it would not improve my ulnaShow morer nerve significantly which is what I need improving. He told me to look for certain symptoms if 3 pinch points did cause a problem in the future. I liked his honesty that surgery was not going to help my ulnar nerve problem.

Excellent service.
Highly recommended
A very informative appointment and staff and Dr Loftus was great. I have a plan moving forward getting me free of pain.
Dr Loftus & his entire staff are always attentive, courteous, friendly & patient. Especially Dr. L, himself. He is honestly the most cheerful doctor I have ever had. He listens carefullly & explains things in layman's terms. His 3 surgeries on my back & neck were all a great success. I wouldn't trust any other Neurosurgeon, unless he recommended them!
Front desk is so very friendly.
I was given a through pre-exam before Dr. Loftus explained my MRI results. Furthermore, we discussed treatment options with me feeling like I really am in charge of my health decisions. He had a very kind demeanor and listened to my concerns. I will return in a couple of months to further discuss my decision of moving forward with the cervical and lumbar surgeries.
I love your office
Dr. Loftus and crew are awesome. They are true professional and caring. Love the office atmosphere. Thanks for helping me.
Simply the Best! Everyone from the front desk to the check out is always seamless. They remember me by name and are always the most friendly and efficient physicians office I’ve ever encountered!

These are the happiest people I've met in awhile! Very nice staff and Dr. Loftus was very informative and explained things so I could understand them. If there were more stars to give I would!
Very professional, highly skilled and intelligent
I always appreciate how thorough Dr Loftus is. He listens intent to concerns and instilling a sense of calm and trust. He’s great down to earth and so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything so that I could follow the conversation easily. He took his time explaining each step of my surgeries, described the procedures, the recovery, and healing process in advance of the surgery. The office staff is amazing too.
Dr. Loftus and staff are top notch. From the minute you walk in, you're greeted by staff that are warm, friendly, and professional. Very pleased. Randy Simon
Lovely office staff in the front office, and easy to speak to someone on the phone, which is somewhat unusual. Ryan the P A and Dr. Loftus seem exceptional in every way.
Fixed the problem in my neck back in 2016. Still good almost 10 years later
Dr. Loftus is the best. My back is feeling much better today, than it did in the past. I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing back pain.
Very nice & considerate to my complaints. Took time to listen to my concerns & set me up for the appropriate testing & physical therapy.
Professional, courteous, and friendly there’s not much more I can say
Dr. Loftus and his team are compassionate about what they do. For me it has been a journey trying to find the problem. I have asked the same questions over and over. They have patience and understanding with me trying to understand the problem and the treatment. I would and have recommended other people to him. This is a wonderful place to go for treatment.
Staff is always helpful and friendly and Dr. Loftus is always going to get to the bottom of your pain and fix it.
Great communication! Prompt responses. Friendly staff. Awesome surgeon!
Nice, kind and listen to to you a great Dr
Very personal and professional enjoyed the experience very much
As a critical care RN I highly recommend Dr Loftus and his entire team. From the check-in process I am treated like a valued person. Dr. Loftus listens intently. He is honest about what he can and can not do to help you. His Nurse Practitioner is thorough in her exam while actively listening. Both of these providers show you where the problem is and how the treatment plan will help. The front office staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
