The visit began with friendly service up front with check in and paperwork to fill out with clear instructions. And receipt after payment. Then the medical assistant who took my mothers vitals very nice. Quickly followed by the P.Show moreA. Who listened and took the information and did some testing on his own then assure us they had mothers imaging. Very nice and friendly. It seemed as if they were tag teaming each other because no more than 2 mins. Passed when the doctor came in. Very pleasant, patient with my mother and most of all listened to her chief complaint then made his assessment and explained the recommendations. Mom still unsure of the news of surgery asked if other things could be done mean while she evaluated surgery. He responded with patience and said he understood which we both felt what he was saying. The visit was extremely pleasant and we’d definitely will be returning and would gladly refer this practice to anyone and EVERYONE! Thank you for listening to patient and explaining to an older person in layman’s terms.
Overall, Dr. Loftus and his staff were very professional and pleasant. I enjoyed the atmosphere and options given for mask wearing or if we preferred the doctor's staff to wear one. Overall, a very normal appointment, which was ouShow moretstanding because you just don't get normal these days. Dr. Loftus' PN was very warm (literally too lol) and patient as she walked me through a strength test of sort. Dr. Loftus was very engaging, detailed, and forthcoming about my condition and treatment. As I checked out, the lady had great engagement with helping me navigate next steps. I did feel, however, the young female I first met (check-in) could've been a bit more engaging or warmer to me and others I witnessed coming in. She gave me the impression that engagement with other staff may not be that pleasant; however, I later knew that to be so untrue. Maybe she was having a bad day. First impressions really count though. Overall, a winner in my book and I would highly recommend this practice to others.

Dr. Loftus is a great doctor 5 stars and more.
Excellent care given.
Was my 3rd surgery with Dr Loftus. Pleased with all of them. Very friendly and concerned.
Dr. Loftus performed my back surgery two years ago. I was very hesitant about having the surgery, but he was very patient and listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and experience. I highly recommend Dr. Loftus.
Dr. Loftus and his assistant James are great to work with. They are very patient and listen to all my concerns with my broken back. Thanks to their help I’m almost back to normal after a very painful injury.
Try professional , informative of actually what’s going on and has a clear path to fix your problems.
First one of patients told me about the dr in the lobby had great recommendation that in turn brought my stress level down when I went in to see him the whole staff was very professional and nice. Dr Loftus answered all my questions showed my scan was very nice I would recommend him and staff to put there mind at ease
Dr Loftus is very professional and knowledgeable and caring. He is one of the best doctors by far
Love Dr. Loftus! He fixed both my wife's and my neck. And he will he the one who fixes my lower back when it is time.
Attention to patient’s needs. “Bedside manner”
Dr Loftus expressed confidence that we will be able to achieve a pain free result.
Dr. Loftus and staff always provide care and professional support for patients. We are grateful for their continued care. We would recommend them to our families and friends.
I put off surgery for 5 years. I finally had 3 discs replaced and 4 vertebrae fused. I am now able to feel my finger tips. After sleeping in my recliner for 5 years, I can now sleep on my side in my bed. Dr. Loftus and his staff are AWSOME! When you call with a question or request, you get immediate results. The surgery went great. I highly recommend Dr. Loftus for neck and back surgery!
Went well. Everyone was very helpful.
As usual, Dr Loftus and PS Parks, as well as the office staff were very professional and explained everything for my upcoming surgery. I highly recommend Dr Loftus for your needed surgeries. This will my third surgery with him. Great man and surgeon.
He’s a great Doctor. Very cordial. Very knowledgeable.
Dr. Loftus really takes the time to listen to his patients. We work together to create the best treatment plan that works well for me.
Good
Dr. Loftus is a really good Doc my care is not totally complete I've had one surgery so far and it went well but I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially Veterans looking for a doctor with a bad spinal fusion that needs fixing. My first Dr. was horrible but Dr Loftus is working with me to fix it. He has a great attitude, is friendly and so is his staff, I only wish I would have found him first so it could of been done right the first time. And I don't know if you care about it but the food in the hospital that he does his surgeries in is good to lol.
I hope you were not injured when you fell off the pedestal I had you on
Very nice and professional.
Dr Loftus is kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He only uses surgery as a last resort.
This visit was the first time (four previous visits) in which I sat in the waiting room longer than previously. It was a full waiting room and previously there was, at most, one person ahead of me. Surprising. After getting to the treatment room, Dr. Parks and a student arrived quickly as did Dr. Loftus who followed them. All staff are friendly and caring. The visit answered my questions.
Dr. Loftus is always kind and compassionate in addition to his awesome surgical skills. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. I had very successful results from my back surgery.
Really nice staff. They made us feel comfortable. Thank you for your help.
Dr. Loftus aka in my book #God send #life changer #professional #kind #proficient #Courteous If you are searching for someone who can change the quality of your life immensely all the while, doing it with professionalism and kindness, you need not look any further. You have found your answer.
Always happy with everyone.
Friendly staff! Professionally evaluated by the Dr
Dr Loftus is very kind and spends time explaining things thoroughly and gives time for questions! My only negative is that both times I’ve gone I’ve waited for 45 minutes but I’m assuming that’s because he spends so much time with each patient so it’s OK with me.
I have been a patient of Dr Loftus since 2013. He has always shown his professionalism as well as his compassion for his patients needs. RESPECT!! He has a staff that shows the same professionalism and compassion as you enter his office. RESPECT!! Any of Dr Loftus recommendations to what needs to be done, has always been spot on!! I highly recommend Dr Loftus and his staff!! Dr Loftus went through some health issues that needed extra special prayers for him. I am a person who believes in the POWER of PRAYER and what it can do for someone in need. His family was lifted up in prayers as well and I included his staff in these special prayers too. Our PRAYERS were answered!! May GOD continue to bless Dr Loftus and his family and his staff as he continues his journey in the profession he has chosen to help others. Thank you Dr Loftus for all that you are doing for me and your other patients.
