About Thomas Obrzut, LCSW

Tom Obrzut has worked in a variety of settings, his background including advanced training in person-centered approaches to therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness techniques. He focuses on addressing the person in environment and building increased self-awareness through relaxation and meditation.
