I enjoy an eclectic therapy style where I am able to better tailor therapy sessions to fit each client's needs. I enjoy helping youth and adults who feel they are struggling to reach their full potential. I support individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with creating healthy, long-term relationships. I specialize in providing support to clients who have concerns regarding trauma, addictions, and concerns with family or romantic relationships. Furthermore, I strive to assist clients that are grappling with guilt, shame, faith, and spirituality. - - - I have experience with clients both in high-risk inpatient care at UNI/HMHI and traveling with MCOT to answer calls in the community for in-person mental health crisis situations and suicidal ideation. I have worked with clients who experienced sex and labor trafficking throughout the Mountain West states. Additionally, I have experience with those who have complex childhood trauma, and/or who have federal criminal charges.
