Tiffany kurth-McNeill, PMHNP

Tiffany Kurth-McNeill, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. At My Buoyant Health in Phoenix, Arizona, she’s passionate about helping patients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. 

Tiffany has worked in healthcare since 2012 and has focused specifically on mental health care since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University before completing her Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing at Walden University. She is also Tele-Mental Health certified and is continuing advanced education in Perinatal Mental Health.

Tiffany believes mental health care should address the connection between emotional, physical, and overall well-being. Her approach is collaborative, respectful, and individualized, helping patients feel actively involved in their treatment decisions. She provides care for conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Tiffany also offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services and Spravato® esketamine treatment for treatment-resistant depression.

Known for her compassionate and encouraging style, Tiffany is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and helping patients recognize their own resilience and potential for growth. She believes that with the right support and insight, mental health challenges can become opportunities for healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.

Outside of her clinical work, Tiffany values meaningful connection and believes part of her purpose is helping others rediscover theirs.
