This is the most I’ve ever felt welcomed and heard at a facility like this. Miss Tiffany Waller is phenomenal, she truly cares and listens. And she is so knowledgeable and thorough with her reasonings and prescriptions. I appreciaShow morete her so much. They’ve been kind and willing to work with me on the financial side, putting treatment first over their financial gain. Truly so happy I found them, it’s been life changing and we’re still going! Thank you guys, really. The receptionists are great too!
I am very happy with the care I receive each time I have an appointment with CRNP, Tiffany Waller. Under her care, I feel secure knowing she cares about my problems and helps me understand and work through them. Most importantly IShow more don’t feel as though each appointment is just for her to renew medication. CRNP, Tiffany Waller has helped me and my daily life is so much better because of her. Both Tiffany Waller, CRNP and Amanda Thomas, MD are an outstanding team.

Tiffany’s guidance and support with medications has brought my granddaughter (now 15 yo) back to her happy, funny self after she experienced a very negative reaction to the COVID school shutdown and subsequent return policies. Thank you Tiffany.

I have tremendous respect for Ms. Waller. She has treated my oldest child for 5+ years and now treats my youngest child, too. She is the perfect combination of knowledge, compassion, skill and professionalism. It is so important to be able to trust the people involved in the mental health care of your children and Tiffany definitely has my trust. Tiffany Waller is absolutely wonderful. She really listens and makes great suggestions to help you. She prescribe mefications to you, if needed to help you. She has the lab test your vitamin and mineral level to see if you are deficient. If so, she will suggest ways to improve. She also recommends therapy to anyone that needs it. I highly recommend her.

Tiffany is absolutely the best ever!!! She really cares about you as a person! She listens to you and she has provided nothing but the best care for me ever I have moved away from the Birmingham area and I still continue to use her even though she’s over 5 1/2 hours away!!!
