I am old enough to remember and appreciate when your doctor showed that they actually cared about you. They spoke to you and LISTENED to you. They didn't just say a few sentences based on your chart and then have their hand onShow more the doorknob, ready to move on to the next patient. You felt cared for and cared about. I thought those days were over, then I was lucky enough to find Dr. Sparta! I feel like I have my very own personal doctor again! Very impressed with him and all his office associates!
As a new patient the process was super easy. One phone call and all necessary documentation was sent immediately to me. Once completed text messages followed as I got closer to the actual date. On that date, the front desk staff wShow moreere amazing and made me feel welcome. The medical assistant brought me back, checking my vitals and worked on my chart. Then came in PA, Tim. Ok, great guy and asked all the right questions. As expected he required future test and provided me with great referrals.

I was recently contacted by phone to make an appointment for my Medicare wellness check. I did not need to wait long for the appointment. I was seen at the appointed time, did not have to wait. Tim is caring and concerned about my health.

I started seeing Dr. Sparta in 2025 and am very happy with with the medical care provided to date! He cares about my health and has provided referrals to local doctors as I continue to transition my health care needs to our home in southern Delaware.

I absolutely LOVE this office. They are efficient and professional. You don't have to wait weeks for a appointment. Dr. Sparta takes the time and listens to you and I NEVER feel rushed.

Always the best. Sorry I was 5 minutes late. I keep an Rx on hand, last prescribed by De Raz, 4 14 2026, before I switched to Tim, since Dr Razs ISD codes were always wrong and I had to battle with Beebe everytime.
Dr Sparta is an excellent health provider. He listens to my issues and does a great job explaining things and developing a course of action. I highly recommend him and the first excellent staff of Ocean View Primary Care.

Dr. Sparta saw me the same day I called and advised me to not take medication prescribed as I seemed to be having an allergic reaction to it.

Listen to your concerns and give worthwhile suggestions. Spends time explaining lab/test results. Very caring and pleasant and this also applies to office staff.
