About Timothy Stead, PA-C

Timothy Stead is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics in 2012. Tim spent several years working as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician before returning to St. Bonaventure University to obtain his degree in Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. While still a graduate student, he was a co-founder for a student-led “Students Without Borders” organization. Since graduating, Timothy has worked at the University of Rochester as a clinician on two specialized medical units for patients with severe mental illness and/or substance use. Here he has gained a preference for a biopsychosocial approach to health. Outside of his medical practice, Timothy lives on a dairy farm with his family and 3 dogs.

I have only met with my Dr twice but what has impressed me is he takes his time with me. He asks questions and seems caring . Truthfully I have rarely experienced an American Doctor I usually aquire a speaking Dr with very broken English to which I have no idea what he is saying. Very glad to have an English speaking doctor Perhaps he won’t drug me up that all I do is sleep

I was absolutely amazed. He was not your average Indian Doctor unfortunately my experiences with them are they don’t understand me and I don’t understand them - not good when administering medication. He was young but sounded experienced. Right now I will give him a 4 star. But I was definitely impressed with Dr Timothy Stead.
