A Brazilian-American trilingual psychotherapist, she has over 14 years of experience helping individuals heal from personal, environmental, and relational trauma.
With extensive training in Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and hypnotherapy, Tirzah tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
