She was a no-show to first appointment that I drive to a locked office for. I then wasted $125 for initial meet-and-greet on the computer. I then had to call the office 2 more times to have them correct 2 mistakes only for her to send me to a labs to pay $3500 for general labs before we even meet to discuss options for a plan. Um no!!! Huge waste of my time, 2 drives, and $125. Weight loss is hard enough to be be motivated - seeking help from incompetence is sabotage. Mad I wasted time and money
