I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Tate and New Day New You Counseling! From the moment I started, I felt welcomed, heard, and truly supported. She creates such a safe and nonjudgmental space where I can be open and work through my thoughts and challenges. The guidance, compassion, and professionalism I’ve experienced here have made a real difference in my life. I’ve grown so much emotionally and mentally, and I always leave each session feeling more empowered and understood.

That's a good place to get help with depression mental health care
Dr. Tate has been absolutely amazing with my teenage daughter. I love her patience, kindness and professionalism. Visits with her has helped not only our family but the way we interact with each other.🙂On another note: Her fashion sense is impeccable 😍
In our few sessions, Dr. Tate has made me feel completely comfortable opening up. Being vulnerable is not easy for me, but she is so kind and understanding of my feelings and I am grateful for that. Looking forward to our future sessions together.
