We Love NP Tonya Parson and her staff. My entire family sees her. She takes her time with her patients and cares very much about them and their wellbeing. I took my mom in for a follow up that should have only taken a few minutes,Show more but she noticed something was not right. Instead of rushing us out, she did more test and got to the bottom of it and went over and beyond. I really appreciate the care that she gives my entire family!

I had an exceptional visit with Dr. Parson. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Parson took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. Her expertise and compassionate approach gave me great confidence in the care I received. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which is always appreciated. I’m grateful to have found such a dedicated and knowledgeable doctor.
I love visiting NP Cares. From check in to check out, the experience is always top tier. But the best thing about it is the bedside manner that I receive each visit. There hasn’t been a concern that hasn’t been addressed. I’m so happy that I was referred to NP Cares and they have a patient for life!

My PCP really cares about her patients. She took time and listen also asked questions regarding my health and medications. From the receptionist to Medical Tech. They were all professional and pleasant. I’m happy to have a great Doctor and Team that cares about her patients. I give her a 5 stars rating and will recommend other people to her.
