I’m new to therapy and completed my first session with Toya Aaron and I can say it was awesome. I was immediately able to open up to her. I have already booked my next session.

From the very first meeting, Toya was able to untangle my jumbled mess and help me immediately. I was not expecting to feel like I could face it all after one single meeting! She is exceptional in that she listens to understand you and what you truly need, it may not always be what you want to hear but it’s what you need to hear. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done, how shes reshaped my outlook on parenting, stress, work and home life balance, etc. I am beyond grateful for her!!!
