I don't talk much. But Trace asked a lot of questions and was very patient and attentive to my responses. I have been struggling with a combination of anxiety, depression, and adhd for a long time. I take prescription medicineShow more for each of my mental health conditions. Trace made some adjustments to my meds and the way that I take them. Hopefully this will help improve my symptoms.
Trace was absolutely awesome. I was very comfortable with him which helped me to answer his questions honestly and without feeling self conscious. So very supportive and helpful.
I feel comfortable with the prescriptions Trace prescribed for my PTSD. The side effects are not severe and I'm sleeping a little better at night.

Trace is a true professional at what he does. Every meeting we’ve had, he’s made me feel like an actual person and not just another number during his busy day. Always receptive to questions and extremely knowledgeable. He’s the best professionally and personally.
I really like Tracie, he listens and cares about his patients. I like also how he suggests tools to use in everyday conversations thats are not healthy to gain respect from those negative conversations.

After spending 35 mins past my appointment time to not really see eye to eye on why I was there for what i was there for....I can't give a average rating when it was sub par on my experience. Best of luck and professionalism on the next.
