Dr. Tracey Moreno-Silva, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner and the owner of Integrity Wellness Center, PLLC in Lumberton, North Carolina. She is committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental care in a welcoming environment where patients can feel comfortable discussing their health and treatment needs. Dr. Moreno-Silva provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) treatment for individuals struggling with dependence on opioids such as fentanyl, heroin, and prescription pain medications.
