I posted a wonderful post on my facebook Linda Blacker is my face book. I felt so defetead yesterday waiting all day for my primary to call me back or see me. Then went to urgent care a 2 hour wait urgent care in frostburg closed.Show more When I had seen your signs and came in. I was a mess, and you all made me feel welcome, and git me in and out and even called my rx in and it was ready when I had gotten to cvs. So happy, I made a post and put it in my face book with your sign in the lobby. Thank you I was so pleased. Sadly I have still not heard from my primary. Thank you for helping me and I work at Social Services and sent out an email to all my co workers for us and our clients. Thank you once again.
From before I enter the building, my experiences have always been good. Ex: I scheduled an appointment with Tracy online. Her front desk office manager, Haley, saw my name and time of appointment. Haley called to inform me that TrShow moreacy wasn't in that day, but another colleague was and gave me the option to maintain the appointment or reschedule when Tracy was available (the next day). Tracy consistently listens to my concerns, and voices those she has for me as well. I always feel listened to and genuinely cared for when visiting Tracy. Tracy is a strong women and health care provider with excellent clinical skills, her staff is kind and caring. If you want to feel as if your provider is providing healthcare, and not health business...this is the place for you. - Terri

So quick in and out. They listen to your issues. You get everything all at once, blood work taken painless and quick. Would recommend everyone going. Also a great urgent care anyone can go. Office staff is friendly, energetic, funny, conforting and just a great place to go.

Met the new provider, Amy. Very thorough and takes time to answer questions. Pleased that I wasn’t rushed through and she was very reassuring if any problems arose they would be addressed immediately.
I went to Solace on 2/4/24, the wait time to have my vitals checked was less than 2 minutes then I was placed in an exam room where the provider (Tracy) came in immediately. I was treated promptly & courteously by everyone, my questions & concerns were addressed, prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy & the whole visit was probably less than 15 minutes. This was my second visit to Solace. The first time I was treated by Amy & that experience was quick an awesome as well. This is the best hidden gem in LaVale; I highly recommend them.
