I find Dr. Baird to be extremely intentive and also willing to work through my thoughts and concerns with what would work out best for my situation and extremely good at following up to make sure that the advice was effective
Travis, Baird is my mental health provider at Innovation Treatment Center. This is the first mental health clinic I've attend that makes me feel safe, heard and truly cared for. Friendly professional and personal staff ALL the time. I love that they offer MULTIPLE forms of therapy there. I've had great results and experiences there and have no plans on leaving.
Only complaint is the treatment room is chilly
Working with my bilingual therapist has been such a positive experience. Being able to communicate in both English and Spanish allows me to explain my thoughts and emotions exactly how I feel them. Travis is patient, insightful, and creates a space where I feel comfortable being vulnerable. I always look forward to my next session!

I really enjoy coming to Innovative Treatment Center. It always makes me feel calm and at ease when I come to see Travis Baird, NP-PMHNP . Travis takes good care of me and listens to me even when I have trouble trying to get my words out he waits lets me take my time to think of what I’m trying to say. When I go home I feel much better after being able to talk with Travis.
