Dr. addressed my concerns & even explained Y I need a steroid for my lungs, even tho I don't have a lung disease, in a clear & understandable manner. And even Show morestated it has nothing to do with my age. She prescribed med to hopefully cure my condition & was willing to discuss & compromise on the oral steroid, which HURTS my stomach. I went to weekday in afternoon. We Just walked in and no waiting time to talk with information. Everyone in the Urgent care stuff are very friendly, nice and kind.
I easily booked an online appointment and it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I was seen within an appropriate amount of wait time for vitals and then seen by a professional for diagnosis and treatment. They all were very professional and kind and I will go back there if necessary. I highly recommend!

i was visiting from out of town, and needed urgent care. the entire staff was extremely friendly and i got excellent treatment from everyone. they do take their care of patients seriously.

Speedy service. Doctor listened to my concerns was proactive. Professional patient and interactive with the patient.
Being a RN myself, I am more critical of healthcare, but I was impressed with Dr Luong. She is very knowledgeable and through. She addressed my symptoms/complaints; and reviewed my history. I have a couple of autoimmune diseases that are rare, but she knew exactly what to order for labs and treatments. I will return to Dr Luong.
