Tyresha Pringle

I am a Black queer Mental Health Professional that grew up in East Harlem, NY. I am a well-rounded person with experiences from playing lacrosse in High School, to playing classical piano. My therapeutic orientation is Mindfulness and DBT. I am very invested in having clients hone in to themselves, be able to ground and center themselves, and start from there with a clear mind. I like to give homework and challenge clients to do the work outside of our sessions and be intentional. I am also very invested in childhood and upbringing, and how that plays a role in clients' mindset, mannerisms, and behaviors.
