Every time I’ve had an appointment, I have been greeted warmly by the staff and Doctor Feiz. Examinations have been thorough and results explained to me in details I can understand. Any questions I have, have been addressed and aShow morenswered thoroughly. I’ve had both cataract surgeries, and several follow up appointments. I feel very confident that my eye health is of the utmost importance to each person I have interacted with at the office.

Vahid Feiz, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is highly skilled in general eye care as well as the use of many laser techniques and procedures. At Eye Care of East Bay, Dr. Feiz offers many different treatment options and procedures:
With over 21 years of experience, Dr. Feiz has served the Walnut Creek, California area both academically as well as in private practice. He continually works to bring new techniques and treatment options to his patients who live in and around the Walnut Creek area.
Dr. Feiz graduated from Washington University School of Medicine with his medical degree and then moved to St. John's Mercy Medical Center where he completed his internship. He performed two residencies in ophthalmology. He completed one residency at Boston University Medical Center and finished another at the University of California Davis campus, where he earned a fellowship in cornea and laser refractive surgery. After teaching for almost a decade, Dr. Feiz moved into private practice where he continues to serve the public academically and in private practice.

Was on time, the test explain so clear every step, as well as well Doctor Feiz was very nice and so to detail to answer any question that you have, best eye doctor that I had so far I’ll recommend him.
This was my second consultation with Dr.Feiz before my cataract surgery.He went over the literature I had pre read and discussed the procedure ,lens choice ,and cost.He answered all my questions.The front office staff and medical assistant were pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Feiz’s staff and doc himself, make their practice of eye care effortless for the patient from the eye exams with the diagnostic machines to Dr Feiz expert diagnosis. He doesn’t overbook patients. So, you get in and out of your check up in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.
