Valentina Cimolai, MD

I am a triple board-certified psychiatrist in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, and Integrative Medicine, offering integrative mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. I have trained and worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years, in several countries and across multiple settings. While working as an Inpatient psychiatrist treating children and adolescents dealing with complex situations and challenging family dynamics, I realized the limitations of our current medical model and wanted to offer more to my patients. I completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Center at the University of Arizona. I am passionate about tapping into humans’ abilities to heal themselves, getting to the root causes of the challenges you are facing and combining conventional therapies with lifestyle changes, supplements, and mind-body approaches.
