This was my 1st time here, and I had a great experience. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse was very thorough and friendly. Ms. Cline was very kind and understanding. She took the time to get a detailed history Show moreand explained what steps we would take first. I felt like I was listened to and that my concerns were heard. I look forward to seeing Ms. Cline again for my next appointment.

Valerie earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Valparaiso University. She began her career with 13 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing before advancing to the role of nurse practitioner, where she developed a strong background in Internal Medicine.
Dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, Valerie is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in pain management. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and values continued professional growth.

I was an a@@ and vented all my frustrations on the one person trying to help me. Through it all Vanessa was calm and polite and talked with me until I I regained my senses. Because of this I can’t comment on her physician’s skills but I can comment that she is a wonderful person and that is way more than half the equation. Vanessa, again I am sorry for my actions.
