Dr. Frans is always friendly and professional. In a healthcare client where alot of physicians are simply rushing the patient interaction,Dr Frans is the complete opposite. She allow you the time to ask questions and is willing to provide multiple solutions.

I was in the exam room 45 minutes waiting for consultation when was advised provider had not arrived at office. I had to get back to work so left without being seen. The office knowing provider was not at office at time of my appointment I should have been given the option to reschedule instead of being left waiting naked in exam room for 45 minutes before I had to leave.
