As a NP, I thought everyone was very nice and thorough in explaining things, I wish the exam portion with the doctor went a little slower as felt rushed, but confident in the findings. Getting glasses thru Rueban was very helpful.Show more He was patient and knowledgeable. My ins was only partially available, so had to pay for a lot of expense. Costs were expensive even after discount, but hopefully the two pairs of glasses purchased will be well worth the price. They are needed daily use items! Thank you and overall a very good experience.

Vasudha Bhutani, O.D., is the lead optometric physician at Stockdale Optometry. She specializes in orthokeratology (ortho-k), an innovative, nonsurgical vision treatment that uses the technology of contact lenses for myopia control.
As a therapeutic optometrist and member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (AAOMC), Dr. Bhutani is especially interested in the treatment’s potential to control myopia, which involves slowing down the progression of nearsightedness in children.
Dr. Bhutani, also known as Dr. B, received her Bachelor of Science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and her Doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Bhutani pursued a residency in Behavioral and Developmental Optometry in San Diego under the supervision of Dr. Claude Valenti. She gained experience working with patients presenting with diverse and complex needs, including kids with learning difficulties due to visual-dysfunction, traumatic brain injuries, and sports vision.
In addition to her passion for vision care, Dr. Bhutani is an IKYTA-certified Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. She has immense love for international travels, culture, food, music, and volunteering with underprivileged children, around the globe. The final price was a sticker shock. I was not expecting the progressives to cost that much, but the experience in the office was good. The staff was nice and the doctor answered all of my questions.
