The kiddos were a little hyper & interested in all of her equipment, but she was very patient with them & helped them to feel involved. We couldn't ask for a better family provider!

So grateful for Veronica. She goes above and beyond for every single patient not just us! My girls love when she comes even though it’s usually because they’re sick or have an ear infection! 🩷 there’s truly nothing more. I can say about her other than she’s incredible.
Veronica was so nice, took her time, and answered all my questions. She really listened and made decisions on my next steps based on that.
It was so great. My kids felt to comfortable with her and it made everything go so smoothly. Veronica answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions and even links for supplements I am interested in. I never felt judged for anything we spoke about and I have felt that way with my kids previous providers in doctors offices.

We absolutely love Veronica and so does our baby girl! She has been her provider since our daughter was three days old. She’s been available when we've had a question or concern. She has provided resources and referrals when I’ve had questions regarding development, and specific stages, i.e. first foods, hiccups, potential thrush, and lip ties. Our experience with Veronica has been wonderful!

All of the staff at Vital AZ has been exceptional. The time spent addressing questions and concerns is not just appreciated, it is a surprise because its just not something I've ever experienced with medical professionals. I began using Vital AZ about four months ago and was assigned Veronica Acker to be my concierge primary care. I’ve had some new and unexpected medical situations this year and Veronica has been wonderful at helping me manage natural options, combined with what might be beneficial from the western medicine side of things. I very much appreciated her approach and it suits me well, though I’m sure she would seek out the options available that each patient is most comfortable with.

We just started in I believe February with VitalAZ and I have never been happier with my children's care. Never having to leave the comfort of my home is the best thing ever. Beyond the convenience though, they really care about their patients. Dr. Veronica truly listens to all of my concerns and is never dismissive or short with her care like we experienced in the office setting of other practices. I have nothing but good things to say about her and VitalAZ!
I met with Veronica for the first time during my initial visit with Vital AZ. I had a wide variety of questions and health needs to discuss. She was very open to the different directions my questions took us, and was very personable and knowledgeable. I tend to try to find a good balance between traditional medical options, as well as naturopathic options, that can work well together. She was very comfortable and helpful in exploring my questions/concerns. It was easy to give her 5 stars.
I texted the office at 8am and they quickly responded within minutes and let the doctor know what was going on. Dr. Acker personally called me to see what was going on and made time in her day to come see her. This was our first appointment with her and as always we were very pleased with the experience. Will always love that I can get my children care from the comfort of our home!

Veronica is prompt, professional and friendly. Shes very knowledgable and kind. My kids love her. She actually saw all 3- One was recovering from Pneumonia, One has had a terrible sore throat for 2 weeks and my oldest had gastroenteritis and was incredibly ill and dehydrated. She treated all of them and saved us from a $600+ UC visit. So grateful to Vital!
I have only worked with Veronica for one month now, and she has already impressed me so much! She is always going out of her way to think about the reason behind what my son has, and then makes an action plan on how to help him right away. She also has put my mind at ease multiple times when I have anxiety over the issue we are dealing with. I have gotten further with figuring out my sons health concerns than we did the last 3 years with his other Dr. I am just so so extra grateful!
We love Veronica! She is so friendly and attentive and provides so much info that helps guide us on this new journey as parents. She asks all the right questions and answers our questions with extra info. We would recommend her/Vital AZ to everyone.
I could not be happier with Veronica and the entire Vital AZ practice. The communication is amazing - the care is unmatched. We are so happy to have our visits done at home so our daughter is not stressed. Veronica sent us so many recommendations and within 24 hours of following them our daughter was feeling much better.

Veronica was absolutely fantastic. She not only was so sweet with my 5 year old but was so thorough with his check up, we didn't feel rushed AT ALL like you usually are in an doctor office. Then she took it a step further and followed up with texts after she left checking on my son as well as different other little things to help him be more comfortable. I simply cant say enough how happy I was with our experience.
