I do not feel heard nor cared for properly I have been in pain and agonizing discomfort for months and I am continually met with apathy in the form I f long waits in appointment times and proscription medication that are in effectShow moreive and do not work and dispute my vocalizatioms nothing changes 16 months later I’m not in physical therapy and my pain level has gone up and has been left untreated I pray that no one has to live the way I currently do my quality of life is severely diminished
She wasn't having a good day - and she took it out on me. She was flustered by your computer system and frustrated by the questions I asked regarding my care. At some point she raised her voice and told me to "chill out" - twicShow moree . She was at ease, when I stopped asking questions. She was unprofessional and rude. She and another employee talked about a certain "wake-up" call earlier that morning (in front of me) to which Ms. Sanchez replied with "next time call me earlier." Was she late?

Today was the 2nd time I saw her for a refill on my medication. Both times I sat and waited 45 minutes to 1 hour to see her, just for a refill.

Let's just say that everybody in that office is worth the distance that I had to drive to get there. From the girls at the front desk that were very helpful to the practitioner that I talked to thank you everybody I'll see you soon. Highly recommend Foothills pain management. I've been to the Los Angeles and the Rancho Cucamonga locations and couldn't say enough good things about them.

I used to go to the pain management office in Covina I liked it there I loved it there I really like it and love it here on Cesar Chavez and the doctors and the receptions are very understanding and very communicative when it comes to explaining what's going on and your care thank you very much
