Very friendly and professional office everyone is always busy not not too much of a waiting I think the longest I ever waited was 30 minutes but most of the time it's like 10-15 minutes so really good timing they listen to youShow morer needs and your concerns I'm very blessed to have the doctor is in my life thank you God bless

Veronica is always nice and thorough, I like that she remembers stuff about me and me experience, always makes me feel comfortable to be seen
Refil request was easy. Made sure as to not schedule unnecessary visits. Used info via Medical kiosk to make medication decision. Help me with referral paperwork during past visit. Nice professional lady.

Love Dr. Tan and his staff. TOO bad the call center does not let us communicate with our doctors. all good except call center, very argumentative and sometimes condescending. i believe the call center puts patients at risk. peace
