What a ridiculous situation I first called this company June 2024 didn’t get an appointment until November I took off work. My driver took off work drove 45 minutes sat there 45 minutes didn’t get seen because of a discrepancy between the doctor and my attorney. I missed a whole day at work my driver missed a whole day, when you all could’ve used my Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance Regardless of what the attorneys didn’t release what a waste what a terrible experience when going to hella pain to be denied service. I’m forwarding this to the Better Business Bureau
Staff is pleasant, but paperwork is missed and never sent when needed. Telehealth appointments always run very late.
