This Dr is the only thing about my experience at the Neurology Institute that WAS positive. Bravo to Dr Hylton. She was extremely professional, caring, patient, intelligent, relatable, and understanding. I only wish I had a full time Mental Health professional like her to talk to every week. She is the one thing right with this establishment and I highly recommend her. Wonderful job :)
